Under California law, most employers, including Oxy, must maintain an effective Workplace Violence Prevention Plan ("WVPP"). A copy of Oxy's plan can be obtained . To request copies of other workplace violence-related records, please email wv@oxy.edu or contact Human Resources by phone, email, or in person.
To report a workplace violence incident or hazards, please complete , email wv@oxy.edu, or contact Human Resources by phone, email, or in person. You may also report incidents to the Civil Rights & Title IX Office or Campus Safety.
All employees must participate in a WVPP training. You can access the training and related information .
