Any student who is dissatisfied with a campus policy or the conduct of a College employee or other member of the community is encouraged to direct their complaint to the appropriate College representative identified below.  That representative will explain the process for addressing your particular complaint and will answer any questions you have about the complaint process. If, after investigation, a problem is identified, the College will take prompt and appropriate action.

The Bureau accepts all types of complaints related to the College, and may refer any complaint it receives including complaints related to institutional policies or procedures, or both, to the College, an accrediting agency, or another appropriate entity for resolution.
