Katie's basic nutrition philosophy:
Food is fuel for the mind, body, and soul. Food is what brings people together. Food is a symbol of love. Food is medicine. I believe that people should eat what makes them feel good. There is no single approach to nutrition and eating. Everyone is an individual and their food choices reflect that.
