Microsoft Office
Everyone with an oxy.edu email address can use Microsoft 365 online. Oxy-issued computers will come with Office pre-installed and students can download Office software from office.com using their oxy.edu email account.
Adobe Products
The oMac Lab computers in the Academic Commons have Adobe software available for general use. Faculty and staff may purchase Adobe Creative Cloud licenses via the . Students in designated courses will have access to Adobe Creative Cloud for the duration of their related course work.Â
Academic Software
STATA is available via the Virtual Computer Lab or on computers in the Library. Â鶹ƵµÀalso provides individual access to SPSS, Matlab, Mathematica, ArcGIS, Qualtrics, Dedoose (qualitative analysis) and more.Â

The Virtual Computer Lab
Use Parallels to access the virtual computer lab. It will run a virtual Windows environment and from there go to the Start menu at the bottom left side of the page and then open the All Programs list, where you will find sub-folders for specific disciplines; the software programs are listed within those folders. .
