As we announced in August, the U.S. Department of Education completed its review of the college’s compliance with the Clery Act, a federal law governing the reporting of campus crime statistics.
As many of you know, in April 2013 a formal complaint was filed with the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) alleging that Occidental was in violation of the Clery Act.
