Travel Clearance Requirement

Â鶹ƵµÀstudents who participate in research projects, community placements or project abroad (not domestic) must adhere to . Students must complete the no later than 30 days (we recommend 6-7 weeks for a complete procedure) prior to departure and/or semester closing (last day of classes), excluding College closures. Please note that your funding will be released only upon the complete clearance. In the online travel clearance, you will be asked to complete the following:

  1. Agreement to Participate
  2. Travel Clearance Questionnaire
  3. Travel Advisory Questionnaire
  4. Any other required documentation (scanned passport, IRB approval, Host Agreement form, etc)
  5. Agreement to pay the clearance fee of $39
