Rachel Lee Flesher (they.she.he) is an Intimacy Coordinator, Intimacy Director, SAG-AFTRA stunt performer, actor, gender and sex educator, and director.
Through studying mental health first aid, trauma and abuse, and collaborating with other directors, psychologists, and mental health experts, she has developed a set of techniques to help actors confidently portray intimacy, trauma and abuse on screen. Rachel is a certified fight director with the Fight Directors Canada, a certified intimacy Director and Coordinator with Intimacy Directors and Coordinators, and runs the Intimacy Coordinator Education Collective - a SAG-AFTRA accredited training body for Intimacy Coordinators. Known for their realistic work, collaboration, creativity, and clear storytelling, they pride themself on attention to detail, and thinking outside the box. Rachel specializes in working with trans and non-binary actors, queer intimacy, and telling stories of nonconsensual intimacy. Their goal is to help create safer spaces for actors to do daring work through consent culture.
