Students are responsible for knowing the following:
Each resident must read and accept the terms of the Housing License Agreement as part of the housing application process. The Housing License Agreement is shared with students when applying for housing. This agreement should be read carefully as residents will be held responsible for the terms and conditions stated in the agreement. The agreement is binding for the entire academic year, and summer period for applicable students, unless the student is released based on one of the following conditions:
- Withdrawal from the College, completion of degree program, leave of absence or approved Â鶹ƵµÀstudy-abroad program;
- Senior standing students only: Written notification of cancellation to Residential Education and Housing Services by the established cancellation date;
- Marriage (an appointment must be arranged with Housing Services to receive final approval granting a release of this agreement); or
- Birth of a child.
