Evelyn Chan is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been working in healthcare since 2010. She attended UCLA, where she earned a BA in Business-Economics and Specialization in Computing. She worked in Healthcare IT for several years when she realized her calling was as a healthcare provider. She received a BS in Nursing from Cal State Northridge and worked for 8 years as a registered nurse at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in the Pediatric ICU. She went on to pursue a MS in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Azusa Pacific University. Prior to coming to Â鶹ƵµÀin 2020, Evelyn trained at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working with an underserved, predominantly Hispanic population. Evelyn is a strong advocate for preventative care, health education, and collaboration with patients. She believes in incorporating a holistic approach to wellness and healing.
