The James C. Gaither Junior Fellows Program funds fellowships for graduating seniors and recent alumni to work for a year as research assistants at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

Purpose:
The funds fellowships for 12-14 graduating seniors and recent alumni to work for a year as research assistants at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
Eligibility:
In order to apply, a candidate must:
- be a graduating senior or an alum who has graduated in the previous academic year and has not yet started a graduate program
- be eligible to work in the U.S. for the full 12 months of the program
Certain assignments require particular kinds of research experience or language skills. Assignments for the upcoming year are announced by mid-October.Ìý

All interested applicants must apply through their undergraduate institution. Â鶹ƵµÀmay nominate 2 candidates per year.
